Halo 4 is the start of a new saga in the Master Chief's story. This saga is known as the Reclaimer Saga. At the end of the legendary mode of Halo 3 we see Master Chief Petty Officer John-117 orbiting a planet and hear him say to Cortana "Wake me when you need me". Well now is the time to be needed. The game starts where you last left off in a torn in half ship orbiting a planet around four years after the events of Halo 3. John wakes up to Cortana screaming "John I need you!" This creates the beginning of a new saga. In Halo 4 we see a new breed of enemies called the Prometheans. The Prometheans are AIs created by the Forerunners to protect a planet. Unfortunately you're seen as a threat. However despite being made by the Forerunners the Prometheans have a much darker and more sinister plot. Also aside from the Prometheans, Cortana is turning rampant and has begun to turn on the Master Chief. As a new twist, the Master Chief will be working together with the Spartan IV's the replacements to the Master Chief. 4 years after the destruction of the final Halo and the ending of the Covenant, Master Chief is woken by Cortana. The war is over, he Covenant has been reformed, and there are new Spartans. The Covenant boards the ship, and Master Chief is forced to retreat. He crashes on a new planet populated by a new race of warriors- the Forerunners. Now, these surviving Forerunner Machines and the Covenant begin attacking the UNSC, and the Master Chief is forced to do his job- leading the UNSC's forces against these new enemies. History and secrets will be revealed, another new enemy will come to light, and the Chief will do his best to save humanity, again. Okay, first off for Halo 4. I think that all around it was a good game, but things that I think that they messed up with was how they had multiplayer set up. 343 made Halo 4 play like Call of Duty, by giving you a built in sprint ability, killstreaks, taking out the feel of Halo in my eyes. Halo used to be the rush for the power weapon of the certain map, that was super fun running in trying to get the sword in Halo 2. Halo 3 they gave you equipment which were good, and not overpowered which added a new element on the battlefield. Halo: Reach started to change a bit, but they kept the Halo feel in it, they gave you a loadout with the standard spawn in weapons and armor abilities giving you a choice on how you wanted to play, but they also kept the rush for the weapons on the map. Then Halo 4 took all of that out, you had all you needed with you (killstreaks for weapons, and power-ups) taking out the rush element that always made Halo fun, this is solely my opinion. the Campaign was pretty good though, too short for me Now let me tell ya…Halo 4 is the best halo game to date. It has good multiplayer,campaign, graphics, and co-op too.<br/><br/>The multiplayer is fun and stuff. It has lots of great maps like Longbow and Adrift. The multiplayer has all the game modes any shooter fan would ask for like TDM,FFA,CtF, and even Infection! The multiplayer rarely ever lags and is very stable. The game's customization is better than ever with over 100 sets of armor with thousands of combinations. Halo 4 is also the first Halo game to introduce customizable load-outs in Public matchmaking. If you prefer default load-outs like Halo 3, those game types are still playable. The Forge mode is new and improved with 4 forge maps with hundreds of addable items, blocks, and buildings.<br/><br/>The campaign is more cinematic in Halo 4, the new graphics engine and lighting help it become if not the best looking game to ever come out on the Xbox 360. It has a Very good story with a very good diversity in missions, never letting anything get old.<br/><br/>Halo 4 is the best Halo game and deserves a complete 10 in my opinion!
